Olivier H. Reiher

Mr. Reiher is an associate with DeMarb Brophy LLC, where he represents court-appointed receivers, companies, and other parties-in-interest in Wisconsin state court receiverships, insolvency proceedings, and out-of-court workouts.  Mr. Reiher possesses over a decade of insolvency and bankruptcy law experience.  Mr. Reiher's expertise enables him to efficiently and skillfully provide the services needed to execute a client’s goals.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Reiher spent two years with Beck, Chaet, Bamberger & Polsky, S.C. where he represented a court-appointed receiver in all aspects of receivership sales and liquidations.  Mr. Reiher also spent several years practicing at a Milwaukee boutique bankruptcy firm where he represented a variety of business debtors’ interests in bankruptcy courts, receiverships, and out-of-court workouts.  Finally, Mr. Reiher is a former clerk to the Honorable James E. Shapiro (ret.), Eastern District of Wisconsin Bankruptcy Judge.
