Jeffery Phillips

Jeff’s primary practice involves assisting debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, foreclosures, and receivership matters. Jeff has represented debtors and creditors in Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13 as well as all stages of State and Federal court litigation. 

Outside the courtroom, Jeff works with parties in asset/loan purchase agreements and workouts to avoid foreclosure or other collection actions.
